Our team invests considerable time in building relationships with recruiters, college programs, and other athletic organizations to open doors for the athletes we work with. While these efforts are extensive, recruitment is a competitive process influenced by numerous external factors such as athletic performance, academic eligibility, and market demand for specific sports positions.

 

We believe in transparency and integrity. Therefore, we make it clear that while we facilitate opportunities, each athlete’s journey is unique, and success depends on a combination of skill, work ethic, attitude, and circumstances. Athletes are encouraged to take an active role in their development, attending events, maintaining strong academic records, and demonstrating leadership on and off the field. Our staff is here to guide, advise, and promote, but the ultimate outcome rests with each individual athlete and the decisions made by external recruiting entities.

 

Regarding image and information sharing, True Motive Sports uses photos, videos, and athlete profiles exclusively for recruitment promotion and marketing purposes designed to benefit the athlete. These materials may be featured on websites, recruitment platforms, social media channels, and printed publications. By enrolling in our programs, participants consent to such usage. Families who do not wish to have their child’s information or image shared must submit a written request, which will be honored wherever feasible. All shared content is managed responsibly to uphold the privacy and reputation of our athletes.
